Our specialist team advises on a range of major infrastructure projects, including airports; digital and e-infrastructure; oil refineries and petro-chemical plants; ports and terminals; rail; roads, bridges and tunnels; water treatment facilities; and social infrastructure. We have extensive experience in all major standard form construction contracts, including FIDIC, JCT, NEC, MF1, as well as bespoke contracts. As such, we fully understand the issues that commonly arise under these standard forms and regularly advise our clients on the same.

We work with stakeholders in the infrastructure sector, from government bodies, lenders, sponsors, developers and project owners to contractors, consultants and specialist sub-contractors. With in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legal and commercial issues that can arise in the lifecycle of a project, we provide strategic legal solutions and support to help clients manage and mitigate risks from the start of a project to its completion. Whilst we aim for dispute avoidance through our project risk management capabilities, when an unavoidable dispute arises, we act decisively, using innovative and strategic thinking to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

We represent clients in all dispute resolution forums, from domestic adjudication, national courts, international arbitration, investor-state dispute settlement through to mediation, neutral evaluation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
