Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised Comtrade Group B.V. (“Comtrade”) on the sale of its Comtrade Digital Services business division (“CDS”) to New York Stock Exchange listed Endava plc for a total consideration of €60m.
Founded in 1996 in Belgrade, Serbia and now with offices in ten countries, Comtrade is a software product business, a services company and a systems integrator focussed on developing hardware and large software storage systems. Dublin-headquartered CDS is a provider of strategic software engineering services and solutions to clients across Europe and the United States.
