Manuel is a managing Associate in the Tax Group.

Manuel specialises in M&A transactions, restructuring and real estate investments and their respective tax aspects. He advises clients on tax due diligence, structuring and implementation of cross-border as well as domestic projects.

Manuel has substantial tax expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors, especially regarding onshore and offshore wind farms, photovoltaic and geothermal energy projects, as well as battery energy storage systems and fibre optic initiatives.

Er berät in diesem Zusammenhang hinsichtlich der Tax Due Diligence, der steuerlichen Strukturierung und der entsprechenden Umsetzung sowohl grenzüberschreitender als auch nationaler Projekte.

Manuel hat tiefgehende steuerliche Expertise im Bereich der Sektoren Energie und Infrastruktur, insbesondere betreffend Onshore/Offshore Windenergieanlagen, Photovoltaik- und Geothermieprojekte sowie Batteriegroßspeicher- und Glasfaserausbauvorhaben.
