The agreement covers the post-development acquisition and transfer of 100% of the corporate capital of Ramacca Agrisolar.
The construction of the wind farm will start at the end of 2022 and is planned to be completed in the first trimester of 2024.
Both projects are located within Italy’s maritime exclusive economic zone.
The portfolio comprises three under-development ground-mounted photovoltaic projects to be built in the Tuscany and Sicily regions.
The Wikinger offshore wind farm consists of 70 Adwen AD 5-135 wind turbine generators.
The loan ends on 30 June 2040 and was arranged and structured internally by Encavis.
BayWa r.e. Bioenergy GmbH owns two operational biomethane plants in Germany with an installed capacity of 19 MWth.
The wind farm, located in Merindad de Valdeporres in the Spanish region of Castille & Leon, has been fully operational since 2005.
The electricity will be supplied by the 169 MWp Olmedilla and 155.2 MWp Sabinar I projects.
