WFW advises Bankinter on Reden PV greenfield plant financing9 August 2023

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) advised Bankinter on a financing granted to Reden Solar (“Reden”) for the construction, development and operation of a 34 MWp photovoltaic plant in Aragón, Spain.

Founded in France in 2008, Reden is a leading independent producer of photovoltaic renewable energy, focussing on the development, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants with an international presence in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Chile, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Reden owns and operates 1 GW of installed capacity and employs more than 180 people across its international network.

The WFW Madrid Finance team that advised Bankinter was led by Partner Jose María Anarte, working closely with Senior Associate Jacobo Hermidas and Associates Beltrán Silva and María Heredero.
