Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that a transaction the firm advised on was named PDP Financing Deal of the Year at the Ishka Airfinance Deal of the Year Awards 2026.
WFW advised Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (“Natixis”) on the financing of pre-delivery payments (PDP) for five Airbus A350-1000 aircraft for Philippine Airlines. Natixis acted as original lender, facility agent, security trustee, mandated lead arranger and bookrunner for the transaction. The deal featured an exceptionally sophisticated loan structure supported by bespoke loan documentation.
