Jim Bell

Jim is Global Head of Aviation, Aerospace and Defence and a partner in the firm’s Assets and Structured Finance Group.

He is a finance lawyer whose practice spans asset finance, project finance, structured finance, debt capital markets and restructuring. Alongside aviation, aerospace and defence, he advises across the wider infrastructure sector, including transport, digital infrastructure, energy, utilities and social infrastructure.

Jim also advises on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, combining his financing expertise with a detailed understanding of the businesses, assets and projects involved. He has advised on many landmark and award-winning transactions.
