Our London Dispute Resolution Partner Ryland Ash and Senior Associate Alexander Creswick have written a feature piece for construction sector publication PBC Today on the importance of complying with payment regimes and mechanisms in construction contracts.

In the article, Ryland and Alex examine a recent decision the Technology & Construction Court – RGB Plastering Limited v Tawe Drylining and Plastering Limited – in which the court reaffirmed that to be valid, payment applications submitted by contractors must strictly comply with contractual requirements.
