Josephine is an Associate in the Regulatory, Public Law & Competition Group.

Josephine’s main areas of expertise are public commercial, procurement and state aid law, where she specialises in procurement, infrastructure and information technology projects with a focus on public institutions, mobility and IT/telecommunications and health.

Josephine advises on the legal conception, preparation and implementation of procurement procedures (construction, supply and services) and competitive procedures (concessions) as well as the drafting of service agreements and conducting negotiations. She also represents clients in review proceedings and other (judicial) disputes. In addition, she advises on regulatory issues in support of transactions.

Josephine’s clients include public authorities and municipalities as well as public and private companies, banks and investors.

Die Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte von Josephine Stange liegen auf Beschaffungs-, Infrastruktur- und Informationstechnologieprojekten mit dem Fokus auf öffentliche Einrichtungen, Mobilität, IT/ Telekommunikation und Gesundheit.

Das Beratungsspektrum von Josephine Stange umfasst insbesondere die rechtliche Konzeptionierung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vergabeverfahren (Bau-, Liefer- und Dienstleistungen) und wettbewerblichen Verfahren (Konzessionen) nebst Gestaltung der Leistungsverträge und Durchführung von Verhandlungen. Außerdem vertritt sie Mandanten in Nachprüfungsverfahren und sonstigen (gerichtlichen) Auseinandersetzungen. Zudem berät sie transaktionsbegleitend zu regulatorischen Fragestellungen.
