Arianna is a Senior Associate in the Corporate M&A and Dispute Resolution Groups.

Arianna specialises in M&A, commercial contracts and dispute resolution matters, with particular regard to energy, biotech, agri-food and emerging technologies sectors. She is both Italian and French lawyer, having been working in the Paris office of a leading Italian law firm for several years, she has gained broad knowledge of French legal and economic backgrounds. She assists French companies on various stages of their business activities in Italy on ongoing basis.
In addition, Arianna is regularly involved in startups programs at prestigious Italian Universities and business incubators, providing mentoring support to startups.
She is author of a monograph entitled “Trust and protection of the beneficiary” (CEDAM, 2005) and of several publications on civil and commercial law.

In addition to Italian, Arianna speaks English and French fluently.

L’Avv. Neri fornisce consulenza ad imprese italiane e straniere, nelle operazioni di M&A, nella contrattualistica commerciale e nel contenzioso, con particolare riferimento ai settori dell’energia, biotech, agroalimentare e tecnologie emergenti.
È Avvocato sia italiano che francese e ha collaborato per diversi anni presso la sede di Parigi di un primario studio legale italiano, dove ha maturato ampia conoscenza del contesto giuridico ed economico francese. Fornisce abitualmente supporto ad imprese e gruppi francesi nelle varie fasi della loro attività commerciale in Italia.

L’Avv. Neri svolge attività di mentoring per start-up all’interno di programmi predisposti da incubatori e università.

È autrice di diverse pubblicazioni in materia di diritto civile e commerciale e autrice di una monografia dal titolo “Il trust e la tutela del beneficiario” (ed. CEDAM, 2005).

Arianna Neri est Senior Associate au sein des departments Corporate M&A et Dispute Resolution.

Arianna exerce habituellement une activité de conseil et d’assistance aux entreprises italiennes et étrangères, dans les opérations de M&A, dans la rédaction et négociations des contrats commerciaux et dans le contentieux, notamment par rapport aux secteurs de l’énergie, biotech, agroalimentaire et nouvelles technologies.

Arianna est avocate italienne, ainsi que française; elle a collaboré pendant plusieurs années dans le bureau de Paris d’un cabinet d’avocats italiens, dans lequel elle a acquis une importante connaissance du contexte juridique et économique français. Pour cette raison, elle fournit habituellement support aux entreprises et groupes français dans les différentes phases de leur activité commerciale en Italie.

En outre, Arianna effectue une activité de mentoring pour start-up dans le cadre des programmes organisés par des incubateurs d’entreprises et universités.

Elle est auteur de plusieurs publications en matière de droit civil et commercial et de la monographie “Il trust e la tutela del beneficiario” (ed. CEDAM, 2005).
