Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is delighted to announce that corporate expert Tony Edwards has joined the firm as a Partner in London. He was previously Partner at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, prior to which he spent over 20 years at Stephenson Harwood.
Tony has significant expertise in complex cross-border corporate transactions across a range of sectors. He has a strong focus on African energy, infrastructure and natural resources transactions, notably in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Egypt. He also acts for financial and trade investors, as well as governments on a broad range of transactions including public and private M&A, equity capital markets, venture capital, private equity transactions, joint ventures and structured debt financings.
