Wolfram specialises in M&A, corporate restructuring and corporate finance as well as project development, with a particular focus on transactions and investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Recent transactions include strategic M&A deals in the energy and infrastructure sector, such as the acquisition and disposal, development and financing of renewables projects in Europe and emerging markets, grid infrastructure and energy storage as well as general industry private equity and venture capital work. His clients include investors, project developers and banks.

Wolfram is recognised as a leading lawyer in the energy sector by legal directories Legal 500 (Germany) and JUVE Handbuch. JUVE described him as “professionally very strong, uncomplicated, service-oriented“. He was also included in the Best Lawyers in Germany list in the fields of Project Finance and Development and Mergers and Acquisitions Law by Best Lawyers in cooperation with business magazine Handelsblatt.

Wolfram is responsible for the recruitment activities of the German offices.

Jüngste Transaktionen umfassen strategische M&A-Transaktionen im Energie- und Infrastruktursektor, wie der Erwerb oder die Veräußerung, die Entwicklung und Finanzierung von Projekten im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien in Europa und Schwellenländern, Netzinfrastruktur, Energiespeicherung sowie allgemeine industrielle Private Equity und Venture Capital-Angelegenheiten. Zu seinen Mandanten zählen Investoren, Projektentwickler und Banken.

Dr. Wolfram Böge ist als führender Anwalt im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien von den Handbüchern Legal 500 (Germany) und JUVE Handbuch anerkannt.
