Randeep Bubbra
Partner London
Randeep is a Partner in the assets and structured finance group.
Randeep advises on the financing of data centres and the digital infrastructure ecosystem, as well as aerospace and defence assets, acting for arrangers, financiers, export credit agencies, private capital investors, sponsors, developers and operators across the full spectrum of financing structures. These include development and project financings, acquisition and leveraged finance, ECA-backed debt, asset-based and receivables-backed structures, sale and leasebacks, platform and holdco financings, back leverage arrangements and capital markets products.
His practice sits at the intersection of capital-intensive asset classes spanning aerospace and defence, and the infrastructure powering the AI and cloud era. These include the data centres in which compute is housed, and the satellite constellations, fibre and connectivity assets through which data moves. He has executed a series of market-first structures, giving him deep experience in deploying sophisticated financing technology against capex intensive asset classes.
Randeep is a recognised voice in the aerospace and digital infrastructure market, moderating the “Digital Trilogy: Towers, Fibre and Data Centres” panel at TXF Global 2025 and chairing WFW’s data centre industry roundtable series, “The Evolving Landscape of Data Centres”. He has completed secondments at HSBC and Goldman Sachs, including within the leveraged acquisition finance team.
