The ministerial draft of November 19, 2020 for an IT Security Act 2.0 is intended in particular to expand the powers of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). The introduction of security labels for IT products is planned. In addition to extended obligations for operators of critical infrastructures (KRITIS), it is provided that so-called companies in the public interest are also included in the scope of the law. There is therefore a need for action for a whole range of addressees in order to ensure conformity with the new requirements.
Our team will look closely at the new IT Security Act and tell you everything you need to know about it in a webinar.
