The “40 under 40” awards celebrate talented individuals within aviation finance and leasing, who are nominated by their peers, colleagues and clients in recognition of their skills and dedication to the industry.
Randeep has advised on some of the largest, most innovative and high-profile finance and leasing transactions in the aviation and aerospace sector for clients including arrangers, financiers, export credit agencies, equity investors, leasing companies and operators. These include acting for Air India and Vistara on their merger, the largest aviation M&A transaction of 2024, and for Bank AlJazira on its Sharia-compliant secured Murabaha financing for Flynas — the first of its kind for the airline.
