WFW advised a consortium of lenders comprising KfWIPEX-Bank, NatWest, Nordea and SEB, on a €330m project financing granted to OX2 for the construction of three greenfield onshore wind farms in Finland with a total installed capacity of 277 MW.
WFW successfully represented Greenalia before the Spanish Supreme Court regarding the reinstatement of the El Campelo wind farm.
WFW advised Invenergy on the financing of the Pencloe onshore wind farm in western Scotland, its largest developed project in the UK.
This is the second transaction on which WFW supported NeXtWind in 2025 to expand their German onshore wind portfolio.
The portfolio includes operational and ready-to-build assets in France and Ireland.
