The sold portfolio consists of eight projects located in northern France in areas selected specifically for high wind speeds, all with tier-1 manufacturers and full-service contracts.
WFW has advised Commerz Real AG on the acquisition, via its impact fund klimaVest, of the 58.8 MW Kuuronkallio onshore wind farm in Finland from German developer wpd.
The wind farm comprises 50 E-92 turbines and benefits from a 20-year power purchase agreement with UTE, Uruguay’s state-owned utility.
The portfolio comprises 12 wind farms located in Aragon, North-Eastern Spain and is part of CIP’s €3.5bn Copenhagen Infrastructure III K/S (CI-III) energy infrastructure fund.
The acquisition expands Denker & Wulf’s onshore wind portfolio into Germany’s North Friesland, taking control of planning and operational management services to WEB Andresen’s 30 community wind farms and five substations.
The portfolio, being developed and built by Danish developer European Energy, consists of five wind farms located in Poland with a total capacity of 44.675 MW.
The five wind farms acquired by EWE are Bad Berleburg in North Rhine-Westphalia, Steinau in Hesse and Petersdorf 1, Petersdorf 2 and Stretense-Panschow, all in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Renvico operates a wind portfolio with total installed capacity of 329 MW, including 187 MW located in France and 142 MW in Italy.
The portfolio comprises 27 wind farms with secured grid connection rights in the Spanish province of Teruel.
