Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) supported Avolon on its recent agreement for the order of 20 A330neo aircraft from Airbus. The aircraft will be delivered between 2025 and 2028. The agreement also provides that 50 of the A320neo aircraft in Avolon’s current orderbook are changed to A321neo aircraft.
Avolon is an Irish-based, leading global aviation finance company with a focus on maintaining a fleet of young, fuel-efficient aircraft.
Partner and Global Aviation Sector Co-Head, Jim Bell, commented: “We are always keen to support Avolon and this instance delighted that we, and in particular Senior Associate Liam Clozier, could support them in relation to their orderbook and continued growth plans”.
