Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that Guillaume Hess has joined the firm’s Dubai office as a Partner in its Dispute Resolution group. He was previously Special Counsel at K&L Gates.
Guillaume is a highly regarded infrastructure and construction disputes lawyer with more than 13 years’ experience advising clients across the Middle East. His practice focusses on complex international arbitration, litigation and project advisory work. He has represented employers and contractors in some of the region’s most significant disputes, including matters relating to major transport, energy and mixed-use developments.
Dual trained in France and the United States, Guillaume is qualified in New York and has rights of audience before the DIFC Courts. He is fluent in English and French and has extensive experience acting in proceedings under ICC, LCIA, DIAC and SCCA rules, as well as before regional courts.
