Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that finance and capital markets expert Xuan Jin has joined the firm in Hong Kong.
Xuan brings over 19 years’ experience advising on complex cross-border financing, capital markets and regulatory matters across North and Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe with an international client base including financial institutions, development finance institutions, governments and market leading multinational corporations. Dual-qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong, his practice spans the full spectrum of debt capital markets and structured finance products, including public and private credit, liability management, as well as sustainable, sustainability-linked and Islamic finance matters.
Prior to joining WFW, Xuan was a partner in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices of White & Case. Having also spent a significant part of his career in the Middle East, Xuan is a true emerging markets specialist.
Working closely with colleagues in WFW’s global network, Xuan will support clients across the firm’s core sectors of energy, infrastructure and transport.
