Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised a consortium of international renewable energy companies – NAIAD 2012 S.L., Tsk Electronica Y Electricidad S.A. and KB CAPITAL S.A. – on the acquisition of SF South S.r.l. (“SF South”).
SF South is developing a photovoltaic plant in the Ascoli Satriano and Deliceto Municipalities, Province of Foggia (Italy), with a total installed capacity of circa 83 MW. Following the acquisition, SF South entered into a joint venture agreement with Italian energy company Solarfields Sette S.r.l. to manage the project.
The WFW Italy Corporate team advising the consortium was led by Partner and WFW Italy Head Eugenio Tranchino, working closely with Counsel Luca Sfrecola, assisted by Associate Giovanni Benedetto.
