International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW“) has advised McKeil Work Boats Gp Inc. (“McKeil Work Boats”), part of Canada’s Mc Keil Marine Group, on its acquisition of the cargo ship “Ardita”from Italian shipping company Armamento.
