WFW advises Lulu dans ma rue on new Paris headquarters lease20 July 2021

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised socially responsible utility company Lulu dans ma rue on the signing of the six-year firm term lease for its new Paris headquarters with owner Mutuelle des Douanes Atlas, which entered into force on 1st July 2021.

Located at 118-130 Avenue Jean Jaures in Paris’ 19th arrondissement, Lulu dans ma rue’s new headquarters has 716 sq. meters office space to accommodate their 65 employees.

Founded in 2015, Lulu dans ma rue provides a brand-new model for social and professional integration primarily by promoting and facilitating the use of local cleaning, DIY and similar services offered by the long-term unemployed in Paris. Following their initial success, they have since signed an agreement with the city of Paris to set up ten kiosks downtown.

WFW assisted on the negotiation and signing of the lease between Lulu dans ma rue and Mutuelle des Douanes Atlas.

Lulu dans ma rue was advised by WFW Paris Real Estate Partner Cyrille Gogny-Goubert.

Cyrille commented: “Lulu dans ma rue has reinvented neighbourhood concierge services. Their new expanded headquarters reflects the success of their model and foreshadows continued growth to meet the need for local urban services and the integration of people previously excluded from employment. We are very happy to have assisted Lulu dans ma rue on this deal and to have played a small role in the ongoing success of this big idea”.
