Sebastian is A Managing Associate in the Employment Group.

Sebastian advises national and international companies as well as medium-sized companies on questions of individual and collective labour law. The focus of his work is advising on the design and implementation of labour law restructuring, advising and negotiating with works councils and company agreements, as well as conducting labour law and civil law court proceedings. In addition, the drafting of employment contracts as well as advice and representation in separation processes, especially with executives, are among his focal points.

Sebastian also has particular expertise in labour law compliance investigations and in the labour law implementation of the results of the compliance investigation.

Sebastian Schroeder berät nationale und internationale Unternehmen sowie mittelständische Unternehmen in Fragen des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrechts. Schwerpunkte seiner Tätigkeit bilden die Beratung bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung arbeitsrechtlicher Umstrukturierungen, Beratung und Verhandlung mit Betriebsräten und von Betriebsvereinbarungen sowie in der Führung arbeitsrechtlicher und zivilrechtlicher Gerichtsverfahren. Darüber hinaus gehört die Gestaltung von Anstellungsverträgen sowie die Beratung und Vertretung in Trennungsprozessen, insbesondere mit Führungskräften, zu seinen Schwerpunkten.

Sebastian Schroeder verfügt darüber hinaus über besondere Expertise in der arbeitsrechtlichen Compliance-Untersuchung und in der arbeitsrechtlichen Umsetzung der Ergebnisse der Compliance-Untersuchung.
