Sebastian Lello

Sebastian is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A Group.

Seb acts for clients on international and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, reorganisations, EC/VC transactions and a range of other corporate and commercial matters. He has experience advising multinational companies, major financial institutions and private equity investors across various sectors, including technology, energy, infrastructure and transport.

Seb also spent time seconded to the firm’s Paris and Bangkok offices during his training contract.
