PARIT IS A Senior ASSOCIATE IN THE ASSETS AND STRUCTURED FINANCE GROUP.
Parit advises banks, financial institutions, owners and operators on all aspects of loan, security and leasing documentation within the maritime, aviation and rail sectors. He also has experience on advising clients on ECA-backed and common terms platform financings and the sale and purchase of ships, aircraft and rolling stock.
Parit has worked across the firm’s London, Paris and Singapore offices and has spent time on secondment at an aircraft lessor.
Prior to joining the firm, Parit previously worked at a British rolling stock company as a Legal Adviser where he was responsible for advising on a range of commercial, newbuild procurement, leasing and financing transactions.
- Advising a syndicate of lenders, SACE and SIMEST on the ECA-backed financing of three cruise vessels to be acquired by Carnival (winner of Transport Export Finance Deal of the Year and Global Deal of the Year at TXF Perfect 10 Awards).
- Advising Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and SACE on a €200m ECA-backed financing to the Development Bank of Kazakhstan for strategic projects in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Advising Eurazeo Sustainable Maritime Infrastructure fund on the lease financing of one ROV and Survey Support vessel to be operated by Mainport Shipping.
- Advising Höegh Evi on the acquisition of a 50% stake in its shareholder, Larus, by funds managed by Igneo.
- Advising RIVE Private Investment on the financing of a turboprop and APU portfolio and the equity investment into its asset owner.
- Advising Investec Bank on the refinancing of 12 helicopters used for emergency services in France and Spain.
- Advising a syndicate of lenders, SACE and SIMEST on the ECA-backed financing of four cruise vessels to be acquired by Norwegian Cruise Line.
- Advising Streem (formerly known as Ermewa) on US$1.5bn multi-currency debt raise by way of a common terms financing platform (winner of Transport Refinancing Deal of the Year at IJ Investor Awards).
