John Rosmini is a partner in the Real Estate group.
He advises on real estate matters including development projects, landlord and tenant and corporate support.
John has particular experience working on the real estate aspects of renewable energy projects.
- Advising the lenders to DIF Capital Partners, via its DIF Infrastructure VII fund, on the financing of a 540 MW portfolio of co-located UK solar generation and battery storage assets comprising seven ready-to-build sites.
- Advising Canadian Solar, one of the world’s leading solar energy companies, on the £191.2m sale of its 142 MW UK solar photovoltaic portfolio to Greencoat Solar Assets II Ltd.
- Advising Vortex, managed by the PE arm of EFG Hermes, on its acquisition of 365 MW UK solar PV portfolio with an enterprise value of c. £470m from TerraForm Power.
- Advising BayernLB with the financing of eight solar PV plants of up to 5MW each at five sites across England and Wales.
- Advising BP Pension Fund on the speculative forward funding development of 200,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and manufacturing units in a canal side site in Birmingham with H20.
