Henry Stevenson

Henry is an associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.
Henry has experience in a range of cross-border finance transactions, advising banks, financial institutions, lessors, owners and operators on all aspects of loan, security and leasing documentation within the aviation and maritime sectors.
He joined the firm as a trainee in 2023 and qualified in 2025.
During his time at Watson Farley & Williams, Henry has worked in the firm’s Frankfurt and Singapore offices.
- Advising a consortium of lenders, including Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge, acting as facility and security agent, on a US$350m revolving credit facility provided to Ardmore Shipping Corporation.
- Advising UniCredit Bank GmbH on an ECA-backed €25m loan granted to Elifriulia S.p.A. to finance the purchase of three Airbus H145 rescue helicopters from Airbus SE.
