Emma Devenish

Emma is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Emma has experience in a range of cross-border finance transactions, advising banks, financial institutions, lessors, owners and operators on all aspects of loan, security and leasing documentation within the aviation and maritime sectors.

She joined the firm as a trainee in 2023 and qualified into the Assets & Structured Finance Group in 2025. During her time at WFW, Emma has worked in the firm’s London, Paris and Dubai offices.
