Alex Carter

Alex is an associate in the Assets and Structured Finance Group.

Alex has experience in a range of cross-border finance transactions, advising banks, financial institutions, lessors, owners and operators on all aspects of loan, security and leasing documentation in the aviation and maritime sectors.

He has also acted for buyers and sellers in the sale and purchase of second-hand vessels and has experience advising on a range of other commercial shipping matters.

Alex joined the firm as a trainee in 2024 and qualified in 2026. During his time at at the firm, he has worked in the London and Dubai offices.
