This marks the first wind CPPAs for Valorem and the fourth and fifth for Mousquetaires group.
The portfolio comprises two operational solar photovoltaic projects.
We advised Volkswind GmbH, a subsidiary of Switzerland’s Axpo Holding AG, on its sale of three French wind farms with a combined capacity of 72 MW.
The funds raised will support the growth of Eléments’ energy production, with a target of 1 GW in construction and operation by 2030 and at expanding its business at regional level in France and in Italy, Finland and Germany, where it already operates.
The portfolio comprises a total of nine wind parks and two solar parks.

Operational for over six years, the portfolio has a total capacity of circa 100 MW.
