On 1 September 2026, our London office will relocate to 25 Moorgate in the heart of the City of London. The building, which was refurbished ahead of our move, supports the delivery of excellent client service whilst providing a workspace that reflects our culture, values and commitment to collaboration.
Sustainability
Sustainability is a core part of WFW’s responsible business strategy. As part of this commitment, we have chosen a building that reflects our approach.
Designed as a high-quality, low-carbon office environment, 25 Moorgate incorporates renewable energy sources, energy-efficient building systems, water conservation measures and extensive green spaces that promote biodiversity.
The building has achieved leading sustainability and wellbeing credentials, including:
- BREEAM Outstanding, the highest rating within the BREEAM sustainability assessment framework;
- pre-certification for WELL, with a target to achieve Platinum, the highest level of the WELL Building Standard; and
- a targeted 4.5-star NABERS rating, which measures building performance across energy, water, waste and indoor environmental quality.
Together, these features support a more sustainable working environment for our people and clients, while reflecting WFW’s broader commitment to responsible business.
Wellbeing
We believe that supporting the wellbeing of our people helps us deliver the best possible service to our clients. 25 Moorgate includes a range of facilities designed to support health, wellbeing and inclusion. The office is equipped with an exclusive Wellbeing Suite to support our colleagues’ working patterns and needs. This includes a treatment room, a multi-faith prayer and contemplation room, medical room and a parents’ room.
Workspace and the client experience
As the sole occupier of 25 Moorgate, WFW is able to provide clients with a dedicated, seamless ‘street-to-seat’ experience. Accessible design features throughout the building help ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience for all. The building includes a client suite with meeting facilities, business lounge space and premium hospitality services.
Spread across eight storeys, the office space has been thoughtfully designed to support collaboration, innovation and client service. This enables our teams to work seamlessly across practices and sectors whilst continuing to deliver the high-quality services our clients expect.
We look forward to welcoming you to our new London office.
