Financial leasing is playing an increasingly important role in the German shipping market. WFW Hamburg Partners Dr Clemens Hillmer and Dr Christian Finnern provided an overview of the legal framework in Germany. Tokyo Partner Simon Collins discussed Japanese leasing structures.
