WFW welcomes new energy partner in London18 September 2025

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that energy regulatory and trading expert Jean-Pascal Boutin has joined the firm as a partner in London. He was previously a partner at Ernst & Young LLP where he gained invaluable insight into the financial and strategic aspects of energy projects. Prior to that he was International Head of Energy Regulation at Eversheds Sutherland.

Jean-Pascal has extensive international experience in the energy sector, having advised on renewable energy projects in over 30 jurisdictions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He has notable expertise in advising on energy regulation, licensing, trading and credits, including associated local solutions and structures, as well as devising new structures, particularly in the renewable energy, nuclear, district heating, EV and storage sectors.
