WFW Sydney moves to St. James Centre on Elizabeth Street 30 April 2026

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) Sydney has moved premises to the St. James Centre on Elizabeth Street in the city’s central business district.

Featuring excellent views of Hyde Park, Australia’s oldest park, the St James Centre has been redeveloped with a strong emphasis on adaptive reuse and building performance. Key sustainability features include energy‑efficient air‑conditioning systems, optimised natural lighting through large windows and a central atrium, structured waste‑management facilities and end‑of‑trip amenities supporting active and low‑carbon commuting.

WFW Sydney Head Robert Williams commented: “Working in a beautiful building that blends character with sustainability reflects the values we champion as a firm. The emphasis on adaptive reuse, energy‑efficient design and enhanced amenities supports the way we work – collaboratively, responsibly and with a strong connection to the city around us. This new space not only reaffirms our presence in the heart of Sydney but also provides an inspiring environment for our team and clients alike”.
