Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that Christian H. Hinzmann has joined the firm’s Frankfurt office as counsel, strengthening its German finance practice. He was previously counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP.
Christian’s practice focusses on banking and finance and restructuring and insolvency, where he advises businesses and financial institutions on acquisitions, financings, refinancings, Schuldschein loans and related matters both domestically and internationally. He also has expertise in restructuring financings, bridge loans, and other crisis‑appropriate financing solutions.
