WFW strengthens energy and infrastructure offering with key finance partner hire1 December 2025

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that project finance expert David Miles has joined the firm as a partner as part of the ongoing expansion of its global energy and infrastructure offering. Based in London, David will work closely with WFW Dubai. He was previously a partner at Linklaters.

David advises borrowers, sponsors, export credit agencies and procurers on complex cross-border financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His expertise encompasses project, leveraged and Islamic finance, as well as general lending, where he regularly acts for Asian, Middle Eastern, American and European clients.

WFW Global Energy Sector Head Henry Stewart commented: “With a proven track record advising clients on innovative, bespoke and award-winning deals, David represents a fantastic addition to our energy and infrastructure offering as we continue to expand our in-sector footprint across our international network.
