Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has achieved a superb set of rankings in the Q3 2019 energy and infrastructure league table rankings for legal advisers in leading sector publications inspiratia, Inframation and IJGlobal.
WFW continues to lead inspiratia’s global renewables rankings, coming first by deal count for the third time this year.
The firm also attained 39 top 20 rankings in Inframation and SparkSpread’s Q3 2019 League Table and Trend Report (Project Finance), including rankings in new jurisdictions such as India and Canada. The firm’s top five rankings were:
- 1st by deal count All Sectors EU;
- 1st by deal count All Sectors Germany;
- 1st by deal count All Sectors Spain;

- 4th by deal count All Sectors Global;
- 4th by deal value Asia Power; and
- 5th by deal value Europe Renewables.
Six top ten rankings were also achieved in IJGlobal’s Q3 2019 rankings, including the following top five results:
- 5th by deal value European Infrastructure Finance; and
- 5th by deal count Global Project Finance.
