Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) Bangkok has relocated to One Bangkok, Thailand’s largest holistically integrated district in the heart of the city. The move comes as the firm celebrates 25 years in the Thai capital this September.
Overlooking Lumphini Park, One Bangkok’s office towers are built to LEED Core and Shell standard, a certification recognising buildings that are designed in an environmentally responsible and energy-efficient manner. 50% of the land area of the development is dedicated to greenery and open spaces at both ground and rooftop level, restoring urban biodiversity and acting as a shared resource for the neighbourhood, reflecting One Bangkok’s LEED Platinum certification for neighbourhood development.
One Bangkok has also achieved double Platinum certifications for WiredScore and SmartScore, the first real estate project in Thailand to do so, highlighting the advanced technology incorporated into its buildings.
WFW Bangkok Head Steven Burkill commented: “Moving to One Bangkok marks an exciting new chapter for WFW in Thailand, as we celebrate 25 years of advising clients in Bangkok. This landmark development sets a new benchmark for sustainable and technologically advanced workspace in the region, with a commitment to green space, smart infrastructure and high environmental standards that mirror our own values as a firm. As we look ahead to the next phase of our growth in Thailand, our new location places us at the centre of Bangkok’s future growth, and we look forward to continuing to support our clients from this dynamic and innovative new home”.
