Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised the vendors on their sale to Iren Spa (“Iren”), via its wholly owned subsidiary Iren Green Generation, of the authorisations and land rights for the development of two photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 29.9 MW.
Located in the south of Italy, the plants produce of approximately 50 GW of energy a year.
Iren is one of the largest and most dynamic multi-utility companies operating in the Italian energy sector.
