Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) advised Vantage Data Centers (“Vantage”), a leading global provider of hyperscale data centre campuses, on the real estate law aspects of its strategic partnership signed with Altarea to develop an AI and cloud data centre campus expected to be one of the largest in France. The campus marks Vantage Data Centers’ first expansion into the French market.
