WFW advises Saeta Yield on project financing for two 49.90 MW CSP plants6 August 2021

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised Saeta Yield regarding the project financing, granted by a syndicate of thirteen banks, for two 49.9 MW concentrated solar power (“CSP”) plants it owns, Extresol 3, S.L.U. and Serrezuela Solar II, S.L.U., both located in Spain’s Badajoz province.

Madrid-headquartered Saeta Yield manages a portfolio of assets comprising 936,5 MW of wind, PV and solar thermal energy in Spain, 95 MW of wind energy in Uruguay and 144 MW of wind energy in Portugal.

The WFW Madrid Finance team advising Saeta Yield was led by Partner Rodrigo Berasategui, working closely with Senior Associates Jacobo Hermidas and María Echániz.
