WFW advises FeelHealth on its first fund-raising1 October 2019

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised FeelHealth, a start-up specialised in digital therapeutics on its first fund-raising.

The high quality and exciting potential of Feelheath’s technology is attested by the fact that this first seed funding round was able to attract prestigious investors including Bernard Gilly (Founder of iBionext), Patrick Bertrand (former CEO of Cegid and Managing Director – Operations of Holnest), Jean-Michel Aulas (Holnest Family Office), Emmanuel Verdenet (Managing Director, MIEL Mutuelle) and Sylvain Goblet (Managing Director, Maia Venture).

The start-up focusses on the development of technological innovations for diet and nutrition and a key asset of its success is the “Feeleat” application. Feeleat was developed by a community of thousands of patients and health professionals to assist people having eating and digestive disorders. The aim of its founder, Morgane Soulier, is “to bring a new support to everyone throughout the world for who eating is a daily struggle”.

The WFW Paris Corporate team advising FeelHealth was composed of Partner Pascal Roux, Senior Associate Anne-Kelly d’Amécourt and Associate Pierre Chipaux.
