Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised Amundi Transition Energétique (“ATE”) on the negotiation and signing of its partnership agreement with Dalkia to support the development of renewable heating networks in France.
This agreement will offer local authorities innovative and sustainable solutions by combining Dalkia’s know-how with an alternative financial structuring based on Amundi’s expertise in infrastructure investment.
WFW assisted ATE on the negotiation of the partnership agreement for the participation to tender (délégations de service public or public service contracts), the drafting and negotiation of offers, and the financing of sustainable heating projects.
The WFW Paris team advising ATE was led by Partner Arnaud Félix, who advised on all corporate/M&A aspects of the transaction, assisted by Alexandre Pelletier. Partners Arnaud Troizier and Laurent Battoue provided public/regulatory and project contract law advice, assisted by Victoire Guiraud.
