Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and CA Centre France acting as arrangers, as well as a pool of banks comprising CACIB, CA Centre France, HSBC, CIC, Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes, Banque Nuger and KBC, on the financing of the acquisition of Movianto, subsidiary of America’s Owens & Minor, by EHDH (since renamed “Walden”).

The WFW Paris Finance team was led by Partner Philippe Wolanski and Senior Associate Julie-Anne Thiebaut.
