Ying Hong is a Trainee in the Corporate and M&A Group.

She supports the team on corporate and commercial law matters with particular focus on cross-border and domestic transactions in the energy sector.

More specifically, she assists the team in drafting main transaction documents, including SPAs, SHAs and EPC agreements. She also provides support on the due diligence activities, with a particular focus on the energy sector.

In addition to Italian and Chinese, Ying Hong also speaks English.
