Valina Giouzelaki

Valina Giouzelaki is Counsel in the Project & Structured Finance Group.
She specialises in banking, project and structured finance (with emphasis on renewable energy-related projects), corporate law (with emphasis on M&A) and deals for Greek and foreign investors and credit institutions.
Valina graduated from the University of Athens Law School in 2005 and continued her studies in London gaining an L.L.M in International Business Law in London in 2006 (King’s College). She joined the firm in 2007.
