Theo is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution group.
Theo specialises in preventing and resolving disputes related to renewables, digital and real asset projects across ASEAN.
Theo has extensive experience advising on commercial disputes, particularly in international arbitration and English High Court proceedings.
Since joining the firm in 2018, Theo has worked in the firm’s London, Athens, Bangkok and Hanoi offices. He is fluent in English and Spanish and Thai.
- Advising insurers, employers and contractors in disputes arising from the performance of industrial machinery.
- Advising lessors and contractors in relation to airline rehabilitation proceedings.
- Advising a multimodal transport and logistics provider in relation to a dispute regarding customs services.
- Advising a major national agricultural group on payment disputes arising from GAFTA sales contracts.
