Tetiana is an Associate in the Corporate group.
Tetiana specialises in projects in the energy and infrastructure sector with a focus on renewable energy. She assists in drafting national and international construction, supply and other types of project contracts for plant and civil engineering.
Tetiana also advises clients on real estate law matters and real estate transactions, particularly in the field of renewable energy, including onshore and offshore wind, solar energy and energy storage. Another key focus of her work is geothermal energy projects.
Tetiana is qualified as a Solicitor (England and Wales).
- Advising EEF Erneuerbare Energien Fabrik GmbH on its acquisition of the Seewald wind farm from Kraftwerke Mainz-Wiesbaden AG. The wind farm in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, is currently under construction and will comprise eight wind turbines with their own grid connection, generating around 100,000 MWh of green electricity annually, equivalent to supplying 28,000 households per year.
- Advising NeXtWind on the acquisition of twelve wind farms in Germany as well as a wind farm development project in Schleswig-Holstein comprising five wind turbines with an expected combined output of 28.5 MW.
- Advising Eavor Erdwaerme Geretsried GmbH, a subsidiary of Canada’s Eavor Technologies Inc., on a €350m investment to build its first commercial-scale Eavor-Loop geothermal project in Geretsried, Bavaria, Germany.
- Advising NeXtWind Capital Ltd on its strategic acquisition of an onshore wind portfolio comprising ten wind farms with more than 60 wind turbines and a total capacity of more than 112 MW from Qualitas Energy Deutschland GmbH.
- Advising Eavor Technologies Inc. Group on Chubu Global Investment B.V.’s acquisition of a 40% stake in the Geretsried geothermal project in Bavaria.

Tetiana Arkhipova spezialisiert sich auf Energie– und Infrastrukturprojekte mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Bereich erneuerbare Energien. Sie unterstützt bei der Gestaltung von nationalen und internationalen Bau-, Liefer- und anderen Arten von Projektverträgen für den Anlagen- und Tiefbau.
Darüber hinaus berät Tetiana Arkhipova Mandanten zu immobilienrechtlichen Themen sowie Immobilientransaktionen, insbesondere im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien wie Onshore und Offshore Wind, Solarenergie und Energiespeicherung. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt ihrer Tätigkeit bilden Geothermieprojekte.

- Beratung der EEF Erneuerbare Energien Fabrik GmbH bei dem Erwerb des Windparks Seewald von der Kraftwerke Mainz-Wiesbaden AG. Der Windpark in Baden-Württemberg befindet sich derzeit in der Bauphase und wird acht Windenergieanlagen mit eigener Netzanbindung umfassen und künftig jährlich rund 100.000 MWh grünen Strom erzeugen, was der Versorgung von rund 28.000 Haushalten pro Jahr entspricht.
- Beratung von NeXtWind bei dem Erwerb von zwölf Windparks in West-, Nord- und Ostdeutschland sowie bei dem Erwerb eines Windparkentwicklungsprojekts in Schleswig-Holstein, bestehend aus fünf Windenergieanlagen mit einer zu erwartenden Gesamtleistung von 28,5 MW.
- Beratung der Eavor Erdwärme Geretsried GmbH, eine Tochtergesellschaft der kanadischen Eavor Technologies Inc., bei einer Investition in Höhe von 350 Mio. Euro, mit der die Eavor-Loop-Technologie für Geothermie im bayerischen Geretsried erstmals weltweit in kommerzi¬ellem Maßstab eingesetzt wird.
- Beratung von NeXtWind Capital Ltd bei der strategischen Akquisition eines Portfolios von zehn Onshore-Windparks mit mehr als 60 Windenergieanlagen und einer Gesamtleistung von über 112 MW von der Qualitas Energy Deutschland GmbH.
