Rippan Vig is Director of Client & Strategic Development.

Rippan focuses on client experience and integration alongside developing and implementing the firm’s strategy.

Rippan spent eight years as a real estate lawyer before joining a leading real estate investment management house as Director of Investor Relations. She was co-head of WFW’s business development function before moving to her current role in 2017.

Rippan is a member of the Managing Partners’ Forum Strategy & Marketing Committee and contributes to the Professional Marketing Forum, most recently delivering the keynote session at their Annual Conference in 2020.
